Although our geographic market has no formal boundaries or limits, we primarily serve the Central and Eastern Pennsylvania areas providing IT services to small and medium sized businesses (SMB) in the private sector as well as to the state and federal government in the public sector. Reyna ITS personnel have performed in all of these markets, as well as in the large business markets both internationally and within the United States.
In addition to the SMB market, Reyna ITS also offers its services to the Small Office Home Office(SOHO) market. Reyna ITS sees this market as underserved by competent, experienced and customer-focused IT services companies. We expect to see growth in this customer base due to reduced cost and increased availability of advanced compute and networking technologies and services, coupled with the continued increase in the numbers of small businesses and a wider acceptance of the idea that information technologies in this market can be a competitive enabler for their businesses.
