In the late 90s, information technologies that had previously been available only to large companies became available to small businesses. However, these businesses were looking for competent, professional Information Technology (IT) service providers that served the small business market and could help them leverage these newly available technologies. They needed IT service providers that could understand IT while at the same time understand their business and help them balance both while leveraging technologies.

During those same years, Patricia and Jeffrey Bryner had been working for the largest IT services provider in the world, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), accruing more than 25 years in combined experience. Both had achieved senior positions; one in Technology Consulting and the other in Systems Engineering (SE) and Project Management. Patricia and Jeffrey Bryner spent most of their career years at EDS in customer facing roles. From this experience and through EDS’s own "customer-first" culture, they developed a deep understanding of and respect for the customer.

Recognizing the lack of and understanding the need for IT service providers in the small and medium size markets, Patricia and Jeffrey Bryner founded Azteca Technologies, Inc. in Pennsylvania in 1998. The company was successful and grew quickly. However, a ground-floor executive opportunity in an early stage biotechnology company in Southern California presented itself and Azteca Technologies ceased operations a few years later.

Patricia and Jeff later returned to Central PA to fulfill their original goal of providing professional IT services to the small and medium size business community as well as to the state and federal government. In 2008, Patricia and Jeffrey Bryner founded Reyna Information Technology Services, LLC in Pennsylvania. Reyna ITS has been successful even in its first year of operation, and continues to seek and develop business opportunities and contacts while maintaining a positive cash flow and fiscal solvency.

Reyna ITS is positioned to grow and develop business opportunities serving the private and public sectors. The future is promising.
